SAMPLES FOR TESTING AND TECHNICAL EVALUATIONS

By requesting the free set, you can test the sheaths and verify their mechanical and thermal features, such as flexibility, resistance to high temperatures and behaviour in the event of a short circuit. The set complies with international standards, with particular reference to the North American market.

What does the sampling set contain?

  • PVC-UL tubing:  Operating temperature: from -15°C to +105°C; UL-CSA certified file no. E305771.
  • TA3155-AUTOMOTIVE sheath: shrink ratio 3:1; Operating temperature: from -55°C to +125°C; UL-CSA certified file no. E305771.
  • TA4155-AUTOMOTIVE sheath: shrink ratio 4:1; Operating temperature: from -55°C to +125°C; UL-CSA certified file no. E305771.
  • STP125 sheath: shrink ratio 2:1; Operating temperature: from -55°C to +125°C; UL-CSA certified file no. E305771.
  • HF HALOGEN FREE sheath: shrink ratio 2:1; Operating temperature: from -55°C to +125°C; UL-CSA certified file no. E305771.
  • TTP31-UL sheath: shrink ratio 3:1; Operating temperature: from -55°C to +135°C; UL-CSA certified file no. E305771.
  • TS800-UL sheath: expandable polyester braided; Operating temperature: from -50°C to +150°C; UL certified file no. E334846.
  • GVS-UL sheath: made of fibreglass and silicone; thermal class C: 250°; Operating temperature: from -60°C to +250°C; UL certified file no. E360620 and file no. E337834.

Delivery Terms

The expected times for order fulfillment are indicated in our Order Confirmation. In urgent cases, by contacting our sales office at the phone number 0373/920659, the shipment of goods can be managed within 24 hours from the date of our order confirmation. For all products not managed in stock, the shipment of goods will be carried out according to the agreements with our sales office.

Delivery

The delivery of goods is ex our warehouse. At the customer's request, our company offers a "Free Domicile with Invoice Charge" service using a shipper contracted with us. For more information regarding delivery, please consult our General Supply Conditions.

Warranty

RTE warrants, during the warranty period, to repair or replace free of charge those parts that, due to poor material quality or workmanship defects, prove to be defective, but only if they have been used in accordance with the provisions in the "Instruction, Use, and Maintenance Manuals", excluding any other damage and liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use.
